CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

ROCKABABY RENTALS CONTEST (1 – 30 December 2018)

 

1) Contest opens at 1am December 1st 2018 and closes at 11pm December 30th 2018

​

2) To enter and be eligible to win, entrants must be eighteen years of age or older

​

3) No purchase necessary.

​

4) The prize includes:

  • one free 60 litre toy box 7 day hire worth NZ $40 (to be redeemed from Rockababy Rentals Ltd in Queenstown by the 30th December 2019 and can be used by the winner or can be gifted by the winner to a friend / family member).

  • One Mum & Bub Ethique pamper package worth NZ $62. This will be sent via post to the address of the winner once the postal address is advised by the winner.

5) The winner of the prize will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries received at 9am on the 31st December 2018.

6) If the winner is not able to be reached or does not reply to any messages from Rockababy Rentals Ltd within 14 days of the draw they will have to forfeit the prize and another entry will be drawn.

​

7) The prize is not convertible to cash.

​

8) Personal information such as address and contact details of the winner will remain private.The name of the winner only will be announced on social media posts after the contest has finished.

9) Entry into the contest indicates to Rockababy Rentals Ltd that these rules and regulations have been seen and agreed to.

10) By accepting the 7 day toy box hire, the user indicates to Rockababy Rentals Ltd that the following terms and conditions of hire have been seen and agreed to:

11) Rockababy Rentals Ltd is not responsible for any damage made to the pamper package     in the post.

​

12) The correct use of the products in the pamper package is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
